## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Annahme von Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Dokumentation der Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem
  • Problemanalyse und -behebung von Tickets im 1st Level-Bereich
  • Durchführung von Installationen, Updates, etc. per Fernwartung
  • Durchführung von kompakten Schulungen per Fernwartung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen

## Unsere Anforderungen an Dich:

  • Du besitzt eine gewisse Affinität zur IT
  • Du darfst gerne auch ein Berufs- oder Quereinsteiger sein
  • Du bist teamfähig und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
