# IT Network Engineer (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir Sie als IT Network Engineer (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig bleibt – und gestalten deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
  • Administration unserer Cisco Netzwerk- und Telefonieumgebung (inkl. Cisco Call Manager)
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Infrastruktur- und Netzwerkthemen
  • Schrittweise Übernahme von Aufgaben im 2nd Level Support für ausgewählte Spezialanwendungen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ablösung und Modernisierung bestehender Technologien
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Bewertung von Risiken
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Performance
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden IT-Bereichen sowie aktives Einbringen eigener Ideen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Cisco Netzwerke, idealerweise inkl. Cisco Call Manager
  • CCNA-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
