  • technische Versiertheit mit PC, Laptop und zugehörigen Peripheriegeräten
  • Von Vorteil: Basisverständnis von ITIL-Prozessen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Ticketing-System ServiceNow

  • bietest Support für Client-Standardtechnologien
  • führst Grundlagen-Fehlerbehebung bei PC-Verbindungsproblemen durch
  • eskalierst Serviceprobleme bei Bedarf
  • kommunizierst mit Kunden über den Fortschritt von Störungen
  • überwachst die Netzleistung und ergreifst Maßnahmen bei Durchsatzproblemen
