Description

  • 24/7 Monitoring and management of critical HCE events and incidents.
  • Shift work an on-call duties required.
  • Takes ownership of the IT/network strategy and solution delivered by the organization at an account level.
  • Develops and delivers presentations on technical solutions to client and technical team, as well as captures and communicates client-specific best practices and lessons-learned using knowledge management tools and professional relationships.
  • Has broad technical expertise across multi-platforms and multi-vendor operating environments, including data centers and distributed computing environments.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass EOD requirements
  • 2-5 year's experience as an IT Operations Analyst
  • Available for shift work – This position will work 36 hours over three (3) days one week followed by 48 hours over four (4) days.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
