IT OPERATIONS ENGINEER (M/F/D)

Poland | Remote

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our European IT Operations team. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to support critical IT infrastructure across more than 270 locations throughout Europe. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, and continuously improving systems and processes, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• •Manage and support enterprise Windows Server environments across Europe
• •Deploy system updates, security patches, and infrastructure improvements
• •Use automation tools such as Tanium to drive operational efficiency
• •Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical IT systems
• •Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across 270+ sites in Europe
• •Continuously identify and implement process improvements

YOUR PROFILE

• •5+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support
• •Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and system management
• •Experience supporting enterprise-scale, business-critical environments
• •Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• •Fluent English (min. C1) and based in Poland, willingness to travel across Europe
