Relevant advanced certifications in security, identity, or administration (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Okta Certified Administrator, or Microsoft IAAA).

Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, navigate conflict, and build consensus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach peers and team members across the organization.

Preferred Skills:

Expert knowledge of enterprise identity principles (governance, access certification, PAM) in Okta or AzureAD, including workflow automation tools (Okta Workflows, Ansible, UiPath).

Experience managing a corporate IT Helpdesk/Service Desk (Jira Service Management preferred) and mobile-first workstation fleets via IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, UniFi, SASE, VPNs, site-to-site routing, and office wireless configurations.

Proficiency with logging, alerting, and SIEM tools (Datadog, Sumo, Sentinel) alongside intermediate knowledge of core AWS and Azure cloud services.

Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, including Agile methodology, change management, technical proposal writing, and process orchestration.
