Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich Digitalisierung und IT-Lösungen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-PMO (m/w/d) .

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Projektleitung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Organisation komplexer IT- und Transformationsprojekte. Sie sorgen für strukturierte Abläufe, behalten Termine, Risiken und Maßnahmen im Blick und stellen eine transparente Projektdokumentation sicher.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung in IT-, Rollout- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Präsentationen
  • Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings und Workshops
  • Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Risiken und Projektfortschritten
  • Pflege und Administration von JIRA, Confluence und SharePoint
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Projektteams, Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Projektdokumentation

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld oder in der Projektkoordination von IT-Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban
  • Sicherer Umgang mit JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
