IT Project Technology Lead - Vice President

About the Team

Prime Services Technology supports Citi's rapidly growing Prime Services business that uses technology innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. Working closely with the business, external vendors and internal technology teams, we build and maintain next generation Prime Brokerage Cash, Prime Brokerage Synthetics, Equities Finance, Futures and OTC Clearing platforms.

The PMO team provides governance, oversight, and execution support across a diverse portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. The team partners closely with Technology and Business organizations to ensure delivery excellence, effective controls, transparent reporting, and successful execution of key business priorities.

Role

The Technology PMO Analyst is responsible for providing governance, delivery oversight, and operational support across strategic technology initiatives within Prime Services Technology. This role partners with project managers, technology leads, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to support planning, execution, reporting, financial management, risk oversight, and governance activities. The successful candidate will help drive delivery excellence, transparency, and adherence to Citi's project management standards, controls, and SDLC practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Provide governance oversight into the delivery of Prime Technology BOW through project management and SDLC principles.
• •Support project managers and technology leads in maintaining project plans, RAID logs, financial tracking, status reporting, and governance documentation.
• •Produce high-quality management reporting, portfolio dashboards, and executive communications for senior stakeholders.
• •Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, governance controls, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements, while monitoring compliance with established processes and control frameworks.
• •Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery impacts while driving timely resolution.
• •Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and executive review processes.
• •Support budget management, forecasting, variance analysis, and resource planning activities.
• •Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of PMO governance disciplines and their contribution to business and technology objectives.
• •Directly contribute to delivery outcomes through effective planning, reporting, governance, and resource management.
• •Influence stakeholders through strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• •Act as a subject matter expert for project governance, reporting, and delivery management practices.
• •Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve delivery discipline, reporting accuracy, and productivity across project and business analysis activities.
• •Appropriately assess and manage risk while ensuring compliance with Citi policies, standards, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• •5-8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
• •Experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives within enterprise environments.
• •Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.

Skills & Preferred Qualifications

• •Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• •Experience applying AI and automation tools within project management or business analysis workflows, with awareness of emerging AI use cases in technology delivery functions.
• •Expert proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Planview, Clarity, or similar tools.
• •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• •Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• •PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certification preferred.
