Dann erwartet Sie hier eine vielseitige Position mit hohem Homeoffice-Anteil und einer zentralen Rolle in der internen IT-Projektkoordination.

Als IT Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) / IT Project Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie bei uns folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie koordinieren IT-Projekte und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Planung, Organisation und Steuerung verschiedener IT-Arbeitspakete.
  • Sie behalten Timing, Ressourcen und Projektfortschritte im Blick und treiben Themen aktiv voran.
  • Sie nehmen Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen auf und bewerten diese gemeinsam mit der internen IT.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Themen rund um Digitalisierung, IT-Prozesse sowie Hard- und Softwareeinführungen.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von IT-Themen oder IT-Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in VMware, Citrix, Netzwerken sowie allgemeiner IT-Infrastruktur
  • Verständnis für Software-Lifecycle-Themen, PC-Hardware und Firewall-Umgebungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, 2–3x im Monat vor Ort zu sein
