Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für IT-Projekte und -Programme (Scope, Zeit, Budget, Qualität)
  • Aufbau und Steuerung von PMO-Strukturen beim Kunden (Reporting, Governance, Eskalationsmanagement)
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (intern und extern)
  • Stakeholder-Kommunikation auf C-Level sowie mit Fachbereichen und IT
  • Risikomanagement und proaktives Issue-Tracking
  • Steuerung von IT-Transformationen, ERP-Einführungen und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten oder im PMO
  • Kenntnisse in klassischen (Wasserfall) und agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Projekten (SAP bevorzugt) oder IT-Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Zertifizierung PMP, PRINCE2 oder PMI von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch
