Experience and skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• •Will be responsible to create Job Descriptions for various vacancies in the organization in coordination with Hiring Managers.
• •Sourcing, screening, conducting and scheduling interviews of candidates as per requirement
• •Salary Negotiations, creating Salary Structures.
• •Ensure timely closure of positions as per allocated budget.
• •Timely on-boarding of resources.
• •Create and maintain necessary Recruitment Report and Trackers.

Qualifications:

• •MBA-HR is mandatory.
• •Preferring candidates within 8 kms radius of Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
• •3 to 4 years of experience in HR IT recruitment with HR Consultancy.
• •Should have knowledge of using various job portals and social sites for recruitments.
• •Excellent in Written and Verbal communication in English.
• •Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
• •Strong in work planning and time-management.
• •Strong leadership skills with ability to work under minimum supervision.
• •Eye for details.
• •Should be proficient with Microsoft word, excel and power point.
