  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Beratung des Gesamtbetriebsrats bei IT-, Digitalisierungs-, Datenschutz- und KI-Themen sowie Bewertung neuer Systeme, Anwendungen und Technologien mit Blick auf mitbestimmungsrelevante Anforderungen
  • Analyse der Auswirkungen neuer IT-Lösungen auf Beschäftigte, Arbeitsorganisation, Prozesse und betriebliche Abläufe
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Stellungnahmen und Grundlagenpapieren für Betriebsratsgremien
  • Mitwirkung an der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Unterstützung von Verhandlungen zu IT-, Datenschutz- und Digitalisierungsthemen
  • Koordination des operativen Geschäfts des IT-Ausschusses inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen sowie Nachverfolgung von Beschlüssen und Maßnahmen

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digitalen Transformation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung im technischen IT-Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerke und digitaler Prozesse
  • Interesse an betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie die Fähigkeit, rechtliche und regulatorische Anforderungen auf technische Sachverhalte zu übertragen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der IT-Mitbestimmung oder eine Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung in juristischen Themengebieten, insbesondere im BetrVG
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und eine klare, adressat*innengerechte Kommunikation
  • Analytische, strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen konstruktiv zusammenzuführen
