IT Rollout Techniker (m/w/d)

zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Implementierung und Installation neuer Hardwarekomponenten
  • Auf- und Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen vorwiegend im Windows-Umfeld
  • Anwenderbetreuung telefonisch und vor Ort
  • Einweisung der Anwender in die Systeme
  • Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen in einem Ticketsystem
  • Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Segment
  • Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Rollouts und Installationen
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Hard- sowie Software-Kenntnisse
  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit IT-spezifischen Themen sowie technisches Verständnis
