Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT Rollout Techniker (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für ein groß angelegtes Hardware-Rollout-Projekt. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt im Schichtbetrieb und umfasst den Austausch von mehreren hundert Arbeitsplatzsystemen.

### Deine Aufgaben

Austausch von ca. 700 Client-Systemen an definierten Standorten
Vorbereitung und Installation neuer Hardware im Staging-Bereich
Durchführung des Rollouts vor Ort gemäß vorgegebener Reihenfolge
Funktions- und Abnahmetests der Geräte nach dem Austausch
Verkabelung, Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Endgeräten
Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets sowie Aktualisierung der IT-Dokumentation
Transport, Rückführung und fachgerechte Entsorgung von Altgeräten und Verpackungsmaterialien
Arbeiten nach definierten Prozessen, Standards und SOPs

### Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, technische Umschulung oder mindestens 1 Jahr praktische IT-Erfahrung in den letzten 3 Jahren
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder einer vergleichbaren Position
Erfahrung im Hardwaresupport, Installationen, Reparaturen und Aufrüstungen
Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Dokumentationsprozessen
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Outlook
Basiskenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld
Gute Kenntnisse gängiger PC-Hardware
Erfahrung mit mindestens zwei aktuellen Betriebssystemen
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
Gültige deutsche Arbeitserlaubnis

### Rahmenbedingungen

Einsatzort: Frankfurt am Main
Vollzeit, 40 Stunden pro Woche
Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
Schichtbetrieb (3-Schicht-System)
Einsätze auch an Samstagen, Sonntagen und Feiertagen möglich
Projektlaufzeit zunächst bis 31.03.2027
