  • Dich zeichnet aus:
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT Rollout, in der Hardwarelogistik oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse und ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Anwendern

  • Deine Aufgaben als IT Service Techniker Rollout (m/w/d):
  • Prüfung, Erfassung und Verwaltung von IT Hardware im Warenein- und Warenausgang
  • Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung von Notebooks, Monitoren und Zubehör
  • Transport und Auslieferung von IT Equipment an Anwender und Außenstandorte mit einem Poolfahrzeug
  • Aufbau, Anschluss und Verkabelung von IT Arbeitsplätzen
  • Installation von Windows Betriebssystemen und Bereitstellung neuer Hardware
  • Funktionstests und Anwenderunterstützung nach der Installation
  • Kontrolle von Seriennummern, Inventardaten und Auftragsinformationen
  • Dokumentation und Aktualisierung von Aufträgen im Ticketsystem und über mobile Apps
