Die Terrera AG ist seit 2015 auf IT Security Consulting spezialisiert und unterstützt namhafte Kunden in kritischen Bereichen der IT-Sicherheit. Unsere Expertise reicht von Identity & Access Management (IAM) über Privileged Access Management (PAM) bis hin zu komplexen Sicherheitsarchitekturen und Beratungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen IT Security Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt IAM & PAM.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von IAM- und PAM-Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Security Assessments und Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Sicherheitskonzepte
  • Betreuung und technische Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte in den Bereichen IAM und PAM
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, IT-Abteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Security-Prozesse und -Standards

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und Beratung von IAM- und/oder PAM-Lösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit marktüblichen IAM- und PAM-Systemen (z.B. CyberArk, One Identity, SailPoint, Thycotic)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Sicherheitsumfeld sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse zu regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz)
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
