  • Installation, Pflege und Betreuung verschiedener Software-Produkte und Anwendungsveröffentlichungen
  • Bearbeiten von Störungsmeldungen
  • Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung technischer Störungen und Problemmeldungen über ein Ticketsystem
  • Einrichtung von Active-Directory-, VPN-, Mobil- und E-Mail-Zugängen
  • Kontrolle über die Einhaltung von SLA´s/OLA´s
  • Sie bringen diese Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten mit
  • Deutsch (C1-C2 / Verhandlungssicher)
  • Fahrerlaubnisklasse B (PKW/Kleinbusse) (Wünschenswert)
  • Mit Berufserfahrung
  • Auffassungsfähigkeit/-gabe
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit
