Wir suchen absofort jeweils einen  IT-Service-Techniker (m/w/d) für den Bereich Greifswald und Neubrandenburg.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • Einsatz beim Kunden vor Ort als auch den Innendienst:
  • Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Administration von Computerhardware
  • Betreuung der Software, Netzwerke und Firewall
  • technische Support (First- & Second-Level),

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • IT-Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist zwingend erforderlich,
  • Erfahrung in der Erbringung von IT-Dienstleistungen,
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Produktfamilie sowie in der Netzwerktechnik,
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit,
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil,
  • Verbindliches und gepflegtes Auftreten,
  • Führerschein: B (Klasse drei)
  • Der Einsatzort ist Greifswald oder Neubrandenburg
  • Die Arbeitszeit beträgt wahlweise 30-40 Wochenstunden, teilweise auch im Homeoffice.
