IT-Servicetechniker (m-w-d) 2nd Level Support

Aufgabengebiet
 
* - 2nd Level Support 
* - Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, IOS, Drucker und Netzwerk und Telekommunikation 
* - Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets sowie individuellen Projektaufträge
Qualifikationen
 
* - Ausbildung im IT Umfeld oder Berufserfahrung 
* - Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen und iOS 
* - Kenntnisse in aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.) 
* - Kenntnisse in Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebooks, Drucker, IP Telefonie und mobilen Endgeräten) 
* - Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Patching) 
* - Erfahrung mit Windows Active Directory 
* - Englischkenntnisse
Nice-to-have-Skills:
 
* - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen 
* - Erfahrung mit Linux und iOS Installationen 
* - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM zur Installation von Images und Zusatzsoftware 
* - PKW-Führerschein 
* - Bereitschaft zu versetzter Arbeitszeit und in Ausnahmefällen Wochenendarbeit
