  • Installation und Wartung der Windows und Linux Server in der Private Cloud mit VMWare
  • Installation und Wartung von Windows und Thin Clients mit Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Intune
  • Installation und Wartung von Firewalls, Switches, VPNs, USVs und Backup-Lösungen vor Ort oder Remote
  • Direkte Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort oder Remote (z.B. Fehlersuche, technische Begleitung im Rahmen eines Projekts)
  • Telefon und E-Mail Support über unser Ticketsystem
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Informatik/IT
  • Gute Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365
  • Grundkenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen mit Ubuntu Servern und VMWare
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit

Wir erwarten Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Offenheit für alles Neue, Flexibilität, hoher Einsatzwille und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit.
