Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11547

AUFGABEN

  • Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets im 1st Level
  • Administration und Betreuung von Datei- sowie Druckdiensten
  • Mitwirkung im Betrieb von Proxy-Umgebung und DHCP
  • Installation und Pflege von Standardsoftware-Paketen
  • Durchführung von Datensicherungen sowie Wiederherstellungen
  • Onsite-Hardware-Support inkl. Austausch von Komponenten (RAM, Festplatten, Drucker, Scanner, Netzwerkkomponenten)
  • Abstimmung und Eskalation an Hersteller- bzw. 3rd-Party-Support (z.B. HP, Dell)

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration etc.) in der IT
  • Praxiserfahrung im 1st Level Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Datei- und Druckservern
  • Erfahrung mit Proxy-Servern und DHCP
  • Know-how in Backup- und Restore-Prozessen
  • Routine im Hardware-Support inkl. Tausch von RAM und HDD/Festplatten
  • Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Remote-Usern
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
