ÜBER UNS Für unseren Kunden besetzen wir ab sofort folgende
Position: IT-SERVICETECHNIKER (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL Betreuung
der Mitarbeitenden sowie der zugeordneten Außenstellen und
Tochterunternehmen bei IT-Anfragen im Client-Support Sicherstellung
des operativen IT-Betriebs im Client-Umfeld Analyse, Diagnose und
Behebung technischer Störungen Bearbeitung und Lösung von
technischen Problemen und Serviceanfragen Unterstützung im
Second-Level-Support sowie Durchführung von Remote-Support Betreuung
und Unterstützung bei der Softwareverteilung sowie bei Hard- und
Softwareproblemen DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Informatikkauffrau oder
Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement bzw. vergleichbare
Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen und
Microsoft Office Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und im
Hardwareumfeld Erfahrung mit automatisierter Softwareverteilung,
idealerweise Matrix42 Empirum, Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support
Systematische Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, sich selbstständig
in neue Themen einzuarbeiten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
