Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

## IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im 1st & 2nd Level Support .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Supportanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei technischen Störungen und Anwenderfragen
  • Fehleranalyse sowie eigenständige Erarbeitung von Lösungswegen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Hard- und Software
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und Weiterleitung komplexerer Themen an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich, gerne auch engagierte Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Helpdesk, Servicedesk oder IT-Support
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Freude an Beratung, Kommunikation und Problemlösung
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und Lernbereitschaft
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Engagement
