- Troubleshooting (Server, Verkabelungen)
- 1st , 2ndLevel Support
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung o. 1 JahrPraxiserfahrung im im IT-Umfeld in denletzten 3 Jahren
- Anwendererfahrung in einem Ticketsystem o.vergleichbaren Dokumenations Workflow
- Besitzt Basis Netzwerkkenntnisse und Erfahrung im Lösen einfacher Netzwerkprobleme
- Datacentererfahrung (Hardware Ein - &Ausbau, Patching)
- Bereitschaft für Einsätze am Wochenendeund Rufbereitschaften
