IT-Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11675

AUFGABEN

  • Durchführung von IMAC Service-Dienstleistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change) bei unseren Kund:innen
  • Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und mobile Devices, inklusive Hard- und Software
  • Service Tätigkeiten für Clients
  • Support-Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von PC - und User Lifecycle-Management
  • Umsetzung von IT Rollout-Projekten - Netzwerksupport / Patching

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit (Vorgabe des Kunden aus der Rüstungsindustrie)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachinformatikerin / zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder zur IT-Systemelektronikerin / zum IT-Systemelektroniker; Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung als IT-Techniker
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Kenntnisse in: Windows 10 und 11, Hardware (Notebooks, Desktops) und Microsoft 365
