Stellenbeschreibung

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Eigenständige Analyse von Störungen in der IT-Landschaft der Kunden
  • Lösungsfindung im Team für IT-Probleme
  • Unterstützung im IT-Support, Beantwortung von Fachfragen und Bereitstellung erster Lösungsansätze

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. zum/zur IT-Systemelektroniker:in oder Vorerfahrung im IT-Support
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen sowie IOS und aktuellen Standard-Applikationen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
