Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

IT-Servicetechniker (w/m/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 10214

AUFGABEN

  • Auf- und Abbau von IT-Systemen, physikalischer Anschluss Peripheriegeräte
  • Installation von Hard- Software, Basiskonfiguration von Geräten Client-OS
  • Durchführung von Hardware-Reparaturen Fehlerverfolgung bei nicht erfolgreichen Reparaturen
  • Pflege von Checklisten, Asset-Management Inventarisierung in Kundentools
  • Installationen, Umzüge Anpassungen sowie 1st/2nd Level Support Telefonannahme
  • Leitung kleiner Installationsteams Koordination von IT-Rollouts

KENNTNISSE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mindestens 1 Jahr Praxiserfahrung in der IT innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre
  • Aktuelle Herstellerzertifizierung oder 3 Jahre Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen, Netzwerkgrundlagen Fehlerbehebung bei Verbindungsproblemen
  • Kenntnisse in Installation, Reparatur Aufrüstung von IT-Systemen sowie Erfahrung mit Windows- Serverbetriebssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, PCs, Druckern anderen Endgeräten
  • Erfahrung mit strukturierten Arbeitsabläufen, korrekter Verkabelung gute Englischkenntnisse für Dokumentation Kommunikation
