Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes IT Systemhaus und Experten für zukunftsfähige IT Arbeitsplätze, suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d) am Standort Hamburg-Finkenwerder , der die IT Landschaft vor Ort betreut, Störungen analysiert und den Support zuverlässig unterstützt.

## Deine Aufgaben als IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d):

  • Bearbeitung des Second Level Supports an der Kundenlokation
  • Installieren, Konfigurieren und Betreuen von modernen Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Eigenhändiges Analysieren von Störungen in der IT Landschaft der Kunden
  • Eigenständiges Erarbeiten von nachhaltigen Lösungsansätzen für komplexe IT Herausforderungen
  • Zügiges Bewältigen von Kundenanfragen und Mitwirken beim fachlichen Eskalationsmanagement
  • Sorgfältiges und lückenloses Dokumentieren aller durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte im System

## Dich zeichnet aus:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als IT Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder Vorerfahrung im IT Support
  • detaillierte Kenntnisse aktueller Windows Betriebssysteme
  • erste Erfahrung im Netzwerkbereich
  • fließende Deutsch - und gute Englischkenntnisse
