Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort in 66440 Blieskastel eine/n IT Servicetechniker (w/m/d) .

## Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Pflege von Daten in den bereitgestellten IT-Systemen
  • Auslieferung, Installation und Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme verschiedener Gerätetypen
  • Unterstützung bestehender Teams, insbesondere im Rahmen von Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und Arbeitsabläufen

## Profil

  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Auftraggebern
  • Sorgfältige und klare Kommunikation
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
  • Erfahrung im ticket- und prozessorientierten Arbeiten (z. B. RFS- oder Ticketsysteme)
