  • in Vollzeit für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Schnaittach Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du hast Spaß daran unseren Kunden bei technischen Herausforderungen telefonisch zur Seite zu stehen
  • Du gibst alles um die Anfragen der Kunden lösungsorientiert und zeitnah zu bearbeiten. Im Falle von umfangreichen Störungen leitest du diese gewissenhaft an den Second-Level-Support weiter
  • Du hilfst unseren Kunden bei Ausfall und Störungen an PC’s, Laptops, Druckern und anderen technischen Geräten. Auch bei Störungen der Software (Windows, Linux, Anwendungssoftware) und Client/Server-Netzwerkumgebungen, bist du der erste Ansprechpartner und sorgst dafür, dass schnellstmöglich wieder reibungslos gearbeitet werden kann. Natürlich erhältst du vorher eine ausführliche Einarbeitung
  • Du erklärst dem Kunden Zusammenhänge und das weitere Vorgehen stets nachvollziehbar und verständlich
  • Dein Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in der Windowswelt im Umgang mit Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerksystemen mit
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerk TCP/IP
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenständige, verantwortungsvolle und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
