IT Solution Architect AI (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• •Consult and support Business Groups in identifying, planning, architecting and integrating SG&A AI use cases into their existing E2E processes and underlying systems by providing suitable AI platforms and solutions
• •Evaluate and benchmark emerging AI tools; drive the principle of “reuse before purchase before development”, assess portfolio fit and functional overlap
• •Design and maintain the AI solution and integration architecture for SG&A processes, ensuring seamless connectivity between AI platforms and core business systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Concur, SAP Datasphere…)
• •Own and manage SG&A AI solutions such as e.g. SAP Business AI/Joule, Hypatos, Conduct AI and other AI-enabled business platforms (including architecture, service definition and lifecycle management)
• •Run pilot project for new platforms together with BGs
• •Monitor platform roadmaps, health, adoption and business value, and provide consumption insights to support FinOps, cost transparency and chargeback across Business Groups
• •Drive AI adoption, standardization and innovation across Freudenberg's global SG&A functions

Qualifications:

University degree in Information Technology, (Business) Computer Science or a related field

8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in IT solution architecture

Strong understanding of SG&A business processes, as well as the ways in which AI can be used to optimize them

Solid experience with SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Business AI / Joule)

Sound knowledge of AI governance, security, data protection and enterprise architecture

Experience managing cross-Business Group and international projects

• •Ability to translate complex AI and IT architectures into clear, business-oriented communication that is understandable to a non-technical audience and executives
• •Fluent in English
