  • Du bist Admin und Systembetreuer unserer Kundeninfrastrukturen mit Konfiguration, Dokumentation und Wartung
  • Du bist erster technischer Ansprechpartner im Störfall (Annahme, Analyse, Behebung, Koordinierung mit anderen Teams, Partnern und Herstellern
  • Du bist das technische Gewissen unseres Service-Managements
  • Kundenzufriedenheit ist für Dich das höchste Gut und Du verfolgst es in allen Tätigkeiten konsequent

## Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und qualifizierte Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator oder im IT-Support bzw. im Managed-Service-Umfeld
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Administration von Backup und Virtualisierungslösungen
  • Eine Umgebung, in der du dich persönlich und fachlich weiterentwickeln kannst, ist dir wichtig
  • Du kennst ITIL-Prozesse, Helpdesk-Systeme und Remote Support
