## Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Analyse, Prüfung und Behebung von Störungen und Problemen im IT-Umfeld im Third Level Support
  • Behebung von komplexen Problemstellungen auf globaler Ebene
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von nicht standardisierten Business Anforderungen
  • Erschaffung und Dokumentation von globalen Prozessen und Standards
  • Management von Herstellern (Microsoft, HPE, Datacore, Nutanix, Veeam, VMware…)
  • Erschaffung, Installation, Konfiguration und Dokumentation von neuen Infrastrukturen (Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, Netzwerk Lösungen,…)
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Infrastrukturen
  • Migrationen diverser Systeme
  • Schulung von Kunden und Kollegen in technisch Anspruchsvollen Themengebieten
