  • in Wort und Schrift Umfassende Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, mit
  • Ticketsystemen (Jira), Remote-Tools, VPN, Exchange, Azure, Office365,
  • Windows 10, SharePoint, Regedit und diversen DOS-Tools sind vorhanden
  • Komplexe IT-Probleme werden systematisch angegangen Perspektiven
