  • Netzwerken, Peripheriegeräten, Telefonie und Videokonferenzanlagen
  • Datenverwaltung über Active Directory, inklusive Passwörter und
  • Benutzerkonten Analyse und Behebung technischer Probleme auf 2nd Level
  • Niveau vor Ort sowie für internationale Standorte in einer
  • O365-Umgebung Beteiligung an weiteren IT-Projekten zur Verbesserung
  • der Infrastruktur Profil Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, vorzugsweise
  • im On-Site- oder Deskside-Level-2-Support Fundiertes Know-how in der
  • Verwaltung einer Windows 10- und Microsoft 365-Umgebung Perspektiven
