Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Betreuung von Endanwendern
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, gängigen Office-Anwendungen und mobilen Betriebssystemen (iOS/Android)
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B (für die Betreuung beider Standorte).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an den Avacon-Standorten Lüneburg und Dollern
  • Technische Unterstützung bei IT-Themen, insbesondere: Installation und Konfiguration von Software Inbetriebnahme und Einrichtung von Smartphones und anderen Endgeräten
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs durch proaktive Fehleranalyse und -behebung
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen IT-Teams zur Umsetzung von Standards und Richtlinien
