## Deine Aufgaben

  • Netzwerkadministration: Verwaltung, Wartung und Optimierung der Netzwerkumgebung
  • Serverbetreuung: Installation, Konfiguration und Überwachung von Servern (Windows/Linux) und Datenbanken
  • IT-Support: First & Second-Level-Support für Anwender bei technischen Problemen und Fragen
  • Hardware und Software: Beschaffung, Installation und Pflege von IT-Equipment und Softwarelizenzen
  • IT-Sicherheit: Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Backup-Management: Gewährleistung der Datensicherung und Recovery-Strategien
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung: Identifikation und Lösung von IT-Problemen
  • Dokumentation: Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen und Erstellung von Anleitungen für Anwender

## Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, IT-Systemadministration o.ä. Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Serveradministration und Datenbankmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Windows- und Linux-Systemen
  • Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutzbestimmungen
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung
  • Team- und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für effektive Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern und Kollegen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V)
