Azure Cloud / Microsoft 365 / IT-Infrastruktur / Client-Support / Microsoft Cloud Services

Das wären Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Administration von Azure Virtual Desktop auf Basis von Windows Server 2025
  • Administration, Betrieb und Fehleranalyse von Microsoft Azure Services
  • Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung in Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Entra ID
  • Unterstüzung bei Problemen mit Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive und weiteren M365-Diensten
  • Einrichtung, Wartung und Fehleranalyse von Clients, Netzwerk, Firewall, Druckern und Peripherieger鋞en
  • First-Level-Support
  • Optional: Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Softwarelösungen

Deine Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung in der Systemadministration
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure mit Schwerpunkt Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 sowie Windows Server, einschließlich FSLogix
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Entra ID
  • Verständnis für lokale Büro-IT, Netzwerk, Firewall, Drucker und Endgeräte
  • Grundverständnis von Active Directory, Gruppen, MFA und Berechtigungen
  • Serviceorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Anwendern

Wünschenswert wäre

  • Terraform
  • Erfahrung mit Intune oder Microsoft Endpoint Management
  • Kenntnisse in C#
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Softwarelösungen
  • Fähigkeit, kleinere Anpassungen, Erweiterungen oder Fehlerbehebungen an internen Anwendungen vorzunehmen
  • Grundverständnis von Softwareentwicklung, Datenbanken oder Schnittstellen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, insbesondere im First-Level- oder Second-Level-Support
