IT-SPEZIALIST (m/w/d) IT-SPEZIALIST (m/w/d) nach Luxemburg gesucht Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server, Clients)
  • First- und Second-Level-Support für Kolleg:innen
  • Administration von Benutzerkonten, Rechten und Endgeräten (Windows, Mobile, Drucker)
  • Unterstützung bei Einführung und Optimierung von Softwarelösungen (ERP, DMS, Kassensysteme)
  • Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten
  • Wir erwarten
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich –oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen (Client & Server), Netzwerken (Patch & Switch), LAN/WAN und Office-Tools
  • Erfahrung im Support-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwendern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, Englisch und Luxemburgisch von Vorteil
