(m/w/d). In dieser Position werden Sie die digitale Transformation

Konfiguration von Computerhardware, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen
Verantwortlichkeit für IT-Support, Verfahrensdokumentation sowie
Schulungen von Mitarbeitern Behebung von Problemen mit Systemen und
Netzwerken, Diagnose und Lösung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern
Überwachung und Wartung von Computersystemen und Netzwerken
Zuständig für die Reparatur und Aktualisierung von Computern,
Software und Hardware Profil Idealerweise eine erfolgreich
abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder
eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im
IT-Bereich wünschenswert Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in
Wort und Schrift Umfassende Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, mit
Ticketsystemen (Jira), Remote-Tools, VPN, Exchange, Azure, Office365,
Windows 10, SharePoint, Regedit und diversen DOS-Tools sind vorhanden
Komplexe IT-Probleme werden systematisch bearbeitet Perspektiven
