New Customer Onboarding and API Integration

Prepare new account creation materials, MLID application, and registration documents

Configure test/ production accounts, sub-accounts, and service parameters

Provide API documentation, Service Code and API Key, and organize integration testing and live-package testing

Follow up on registration review (Party ID, tracking, API, Label) and provide post-launch Q&A support

System Maintenance and Status Tracking

Maintain system parameters and configuration, including tracking node mapping, ports, return warehouses, and charge codes

Handle exceptional data and follow through until the solution is implemented

Maintain bilingual (Chinese/ English) weekly reports and monitor work progress and external dependencies

Exceptions Follow-up

Monthly Unmanifest reconciliation: Classify and count orders, re-push orders, notify for removal from filing, and follow up on processing progress

Tracking and weight exception investigation: Identify responsible party, submit tickets to follow up until closure, and drive system logic fixes

Investigate outlier waybills and discrepancies in re-checked weights

Liaise with last-mile carriers on interface alignment, tracking adaptation, and exception resolution

Requirements Follow-up and Implementation

Capture and clarify business and customer requirements, confirming use cases, integration specifications, and acceptance criteria

Submit requests for feasibility assessment and inclusion in the development schedule

Track development progress, release deployment and go-live results, and organize integration testing

Follow up on rule changes and support launch transition

Stakeholder Coordination and Communication

Coordinate development scheduling and launch with internal departments

Liaise with external stakeholders for registration, tickets, rules, tracking, weight callbacks, integration testing, Q&A, interface alignment, and exception adaptation
