  • Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung und Analyse von IT-Serviceanfragen und technischen Störungen zu Hard- und Software sowie Standardanwendungen
  • Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten
  • Administration von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Endgeräten sowie Umsetzung standardisierter Änderungen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Update- und Patchmaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Systemeinführungen
  • Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Unterstützung bei Sicherheitsvorfällen, Audits und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Pflege von System-, Inventar- und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • Profil:
  • Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, Client-Management oder IT-Service sowie mit der Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen und im Umgang mit Service-Management-Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Administration von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen, Standardanwendungen und Endgeräten
  • serviceorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
