  • Die noxtec GmbH ist ein IT-Dienstleister für Geschäftskunden. Wir betreiben eigene IT-Infrastruktur in Rechenzentren und betreuen für unsere Kunden Arbeitsplätze, Microsoft 365, Terminal Server, Firewalls und Datensicherung.
  • Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen Teams suchen wir einen weiteren Mitarbeiter für den 1st Level Support.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie nehmen Anfragen unserer Kunden und Anwender an, ordnen sie ein und dokumentieren sie im Ticket
  • Sie helfen bei Problemen mit Windows-Arbeitsplätzen, Notebooks und Druckern, auch per Fernwartung
  • Sie unterstützen bei Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive und SharePoint
  • Sie legen Benutzerkonten an und verwalten diese
  • Sie helfen Anwendern bei der Anmeldung an unseren Terminal Servern
  • Sie richten neue Arbeitsplätze und Notebooks ein
  • Was Sie nicht selbst lösen, übergeben Sie sauber beschrieben an unseren 2nd Level Support

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie kennen sich gut mit Windows 11 und Microsoft 365 aus
  • Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory oder Entra ID und in Netzwerken sind ein Plus.
  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Sie erklären Technik freundlich, geduldig und verständlich, auch Menschen ohne IT-Wissen
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sorgfältig
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und können englischsprachige Texte gut lesen und verstehen.
