Für einen führenden Telekommunikationskonzern suchen wir einen IT Supportmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Rinteln .

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Support für Hardware, Software und Endgeräte
  • Bearbeitung von Anwenderanfragen und Störungen
  • Unterstützung bei Hardware-Rollouts und Geräteaustausch
  • Einrichtung und Aufbau von Computersystemen
  • Beratung der Anwender bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei BitLocker-Verschlüsselung und Antivirus-Lösungen
  • Mitarbeit in ITIL-basierten Supportprozessen

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Umfeld
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im IT-Support
  • Kenntnisse in Incident Management sowie Windows- und Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Analytische Denkweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
