Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen IT Support / Service Desk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Linux und Ubuntu. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Support Rolle mit direktem Anwenderkontakt in einem internationalen IT Umfeld.

Ein Lebenslauf reicht für den ersten Schritt.

  • Dich zeichnet aus:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT Support oder Service Desk mit direktem Anwenderkontakt
  • Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in Linux und Ubuntu
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client Umgebungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Apple iOS und gängiger IT Hardware
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Client-Support im Windows-Umfeld inklusive Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Linux-Support mit Schwerpunkt Ubuntu
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Linux Systemen inklusive Festplattenpartitionierung und Volume Verwaltung
  • Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting bei Linux und Windows Clients
  • Installation und Konfiguration betriebsspezifischer Software und Treiber
  • Benutzerverwaltung inklusive Kontenanlagen, Passwort Resets und Benutzerumzügen
  • Mobility Support für Apple iOS Geräte
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
