Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Bonn im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der Option auf Übernahme innerhalb der Probezeit zwei IT Support Specialists (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Citrix.

## Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung und Lösung komplexerer Probleme und Service Requests aus dem 1st Level die über Ticketsystem, telefonisch oder persönlich gemeldet werden
  • Direkter Anwendersupport (remote oder vor Ort)
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen und Problemen sowie die verantwortliche Koordination von Partnern zur Behebung
  • Eskalationsinstanz zwischen Helpdesk und Sysops/DevOps
  • Administration und Pflege der Client- und Workplace-Umgebung (wie Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (AD/EntraID)
  • Unterstützung bei Standard-Serverthemen im hybriden Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit an Rollouts (z.B. Clients, M365, Policies)
  • Unterstützung bei Migrationen und Standardisierungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
  • Regelmäßige Einsätze an unseren Standorten im Umkreis

## Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support (2nd Level oder vergleichbar)
  • Ein ausgeprägtes IT-Allgemeinwissen, auch in Bezug auf Standardsoftware und Betriebssysteme
  • Gute Fähigkeit zur Ursachenanalyse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client / M365 / moderne Arbeitsplatzumgebungen (On-Prem + Cloud)
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM, Windows, Citrix, Microsoft VDI
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch zwecks Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege von LAN- und WLAN Netzwerken sowie der Automatisierung von PowerShell, Intune/Endpoint Management, Azure/Entra ID
  • Grundverständnis von IT-Security und Best Practices, Pragmatismus mit Qualitätsanspruch (keine Bastellösungen)
  • Motivation sich innerhalb des Tätigkeitsbereiches weiterzubilden
