  • Unser Kunde, ein wachsendes Unternehmen in Freiburg, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT Support Specialist Linux (m/w/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Freiburg .
  • Die Position verbindet 1st und 2nd Level Support mit klassischen Aufgaben rund um Benutzer, Berechtigungen, Endgeräte und Dokumentation. Ebenfalls bietet sich hier ein Möglichkeit sich langfristig in der Position zum IT-Systemadmin mit Schwerpunkt Linux weiterzuentwickeln.

Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) Linux

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support für interne Mitarbeitende
  • Aufnahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von Tickets sowie nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der Supportfälle
  • Unterstützung bei Onboardings, Arbeitsplatzwechseln sowie der Verwaltung von Berechtigungen und Lizenzen
  • Eigenständige Lösung alltäglicher technischer Probleme und strukturierte Übergabe komplexerer Fälle an den 3rd Level Support
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Anleitungen und Dokumentationen für Hard- und Software
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik
  • 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support im Umfeld von Linux Arbeitsplätzen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Clients, Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Standardsoftware im Linux Umgebung
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Jahresgehalt zwischen 45.000 und 55.000 Euro brutto, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
  • 30 Urlaubstage sowie flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell
  • Vorwiegend Einzel- und Zwei-Personen-Büros
