Aufgaben:
 
* Kundenbetreuung im 1st- und 2nd Level Support 
* Systemkonfiguration und Softwareeinstellung 
* Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung 
* Bearbeitung der Useranfragen via Ticketsystem, per Mail oder Telefon 
* Übernahme von Dokumentations- und Administrationstätigkeiten 
* Unterstützung der User bei technischen Fragen
Profil: 
 
* Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen 
* Sicherer Umgang mit der gesamten MS-Office-Produktpalette 
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
* Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
