In einem innovativen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld unterstützt du die IT-Arbeitsplätze und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur bei.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Installation und Betreuung von Clients
  • Hardware-Lifecycle (Rollout, Inventar, Entsorgung)
  • Softwarepflege (Microsoft 365, Adobe)
  • Deployment & Richtlinien via SCCM und Intune
  • 1st-/2nd-Level-Support inkl. Ticketsystem (Matrix42)
  • Troubleshooting und Qualitätssicherung

### Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute MS-Anwendungen & Active Directory
  • Erfahrung mit Windows, iOS, Android und GPOs
  • Kenntnisse in SCCM und Intune von Vorteil
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
