IT-Support (m-w-d) 

IHRE AUFGABEN:
• Support für Microsoft Produkte für verschiedene Kunden
• Störungsanalyse und -behebung
• Betreuung von Clients
• Weiterleitung an nachgelagerte Einheiten 
• Ansprechpartner der User für alle Fragen im Microsoft-Umfeld
• Dokumentation

IHR PROFIL: 
• Keine IT-Ausbildung notwendig
• Gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit ersten IT Kenntnissen und Interesse für IT
• Erfahrung im IT-Support wünschenswert
• Grundkenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld wie Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Outlook
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
• Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind freundlich und kundenorientiert
